Because our fabrics are lab-tested, our jerseys are made to last. Our fabrics are the best blend of durability and elasticity: durability comes from woven interlock polyester and elasticity from 4-way Lycra. In addition, key pressure locations, like for example neck and arm openings, are reinforced with tear-stops and stress areas. Football jersey collars, for example, are even triple-reinforced. This means we use 2 layers of fabric and 1 rigid reinforcement layer in the middle for optimal strength.

Sublimate

Our print-preferred method is sublimation because this is an everlasting technique that will never peel off, unlike screen print and tackle twill. Sublimation printing allows the jersey to keep its entire elasticity, as opposed to tackle twill numbers, which make jerseys very rigid, especially if you add embroidered league or sponsor patches.
